Seller Account Agreement

Contractual obligations for selling on the Zesove Marketplace.

1. Platform Fees & Commissions

Zesove charges a flat 10% Platform Fee on the total value of every successful order (excluding shipping taxes). This fee covers payment gateway charges, hosting, and marketing costs. Payouts are calculated as:

Net Payout = (Item Price + Shipping) - (10% Commission) - (Tax Collected at Source)

2. Payout Schedule

Settlements are processed automatically to your registered bank account. Funds for an order are released 7 days after successful delivery to account for the customer return window. If a return is initiated, the funds are held until the claim is resolved.

3. SLA & Shipping

Sellers are required to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving an order. Failure to mark an order as "Ready to Ship" within this SLA timeframe may result in automatic cancellation and a penalty fee.

4. Prohibited Items

You agree not to list illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items. Zesove reserves the right to suspend any account found listing such items without prior notice.
